  • Y6 visit the war tunnels

    Year 6 visited the War Tunnels this week as part of learning about World War II. We learnt why the tunnels were built and about the people who built them, aswell as the conditions they had to endure.

    We also learnt the stories behind the faces of the occupation. The children showed our school values during the trip and represented our community brilliantly.

    Reception had a lovely visit this morning from a lady from the Jersey Hedgehog Preservation Group. They learnt lots of facts about hedgehogs and how to can look after them in our gardens as well as how the group look after sick hedgehogs.
