Eco Team joined police officers who were planting 70 trees to mark the 70^th anniversary of the States of Jersey Police. The children’s job was to protect the saplings by wrapping plastic wrappings around each one.

A representative from Trees for Life explained to the children that they were planting trees to create tree corridors so that animals can move safely from field to field without having to venture onto the roads.
